Kazakh President sends congratulatory telegram to King of Saudi Arabia

The President of Kazakhstan sent a congratulatory telegram to the King of Saudi Arabia, El.kz reports citing Akorda.

The Head of State congratulated the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, on the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

"I am pleased to note that in a short period of time, the dynamic development of our cooperation, based on traditional friendship, has turned into a strong and reliable partnership. Today, the Kingdom is one of Kazakhstan's main political partners not only in the Middle East, but also in the Arab world. Our countries are actively cooperating at the global and regional levels. I am confident that cooperation between Kazakhstan and Saudi Arabia will continue to develop in the future. For my part, I express my readiness to work together with you to further deepen comprehensive relations for the benefit of our peoples," the telegram says.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev wished the King of Saudi Arabia well-being, happiness and prosperity to the fraternal Saudi people.
