VLADIMIR BOZHKO: IT IS NECESSARY TO RECONSIDER APPROACHES TO WORK WITH YOUNG PEOPLE AND PAY ATTENTION TO THE VILLAGE
About the tasks of the deputy group of Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, following from the speech of the President of RK Kassym-Zhomart Tokayev, Deputy Chairman of Mazhilis of Parliament Vladimir Bozhko told during the session.
In speech, the deputy noted the need to review many approaches related to work with young people.
"We do not have the state program on employment of those students who study in Russia and China. We are losing our intellectual potential. Also in the country at the moment there is an acute shortage of qualified personnel" Deputy Chairman of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan said.
He also noted that during the meetings it is necessary to pay attention to the rural population, unemployment, lack of a mechanism for obtaining fair remuneration for the work of agricultural workers. According to Vladimir Bozhko, the problem of pastures is extremely urgent for the villages.
"All these tasks can be considered with the help of the Council of Public Consent under APK, it is necessary to update the agenda of the councils" the speaker said.
Summing up, Vladimir Bozhko focused attention of members of deputy group on necessity to take active part in advancement and explanations of initiatives of the President of RK stated in his pre-election platform and inaugural speech.
