Vietnamese low-cost airline interested in Qazaq Air

The Vietnamese low-cost airline is interested in buying out Qazaq Air for 10 billion tenge, as well as additionally covering all debts. The Ministry of Transport is negotiating with a foreign investor, the head of the department said, El.kz reports with reference to Khabar 24.
