Six Kazakh schoolchildren defend honor of country at EGeO
From June 28 to July 4, the Serbian city of Belgrade will host one of the largest international Olympiads among schoolchildren - the European Geography Olympiad (EGeO). This event brings together the best young geographers from all over Europe, giving them the opportunity to show their knowledge and skills in the field of geography, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The national team of Kazakhstan will be represented at this prestigious competition by six talented schoolchildren.
The European Geography Olympiad has been held since 2015 and has already established itself as an important platform for identifying and supporting talented schoolchildren. Last year, young geographers from Kazakhstan won six medals, confirming the high level of training and knowledge.
