Roadmap for development of education system adopted in Aktobe region
Akim of Aktobe region Yeraly Tugzhanov and Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gani Beisembayev approved the regional Roadmap for the development of the education system for 2023-2029, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the akim of Aktobe region.
The document was signed during the republican seminar "Ensuring access to quality education in small schools", which is being held today in Aktobe. Akim of the region congratulated on the Day of Gratitude, expressing special gratitude to teachers, including those who contribute to the development of the regional project "BILIM ALL", implemented in small schools.
Within the framework of the Bilim ALL project, the best teachers of the regional center teach online more than 10 thousand students of small schools. At the beginning of the project, the difference in the level of education between rural and urban schools was 15%, in just two months the difference decreased by 3.5% and reached 11.5%.
Speaking about the Roadmap, Eraly Tugzhanov noted that in order to solve the problem of three-shift and emergency schools in the region, it is planned to build 35 schools, including 20 within the framework of the Comfortable School project. 55 educational facilities will undergo a comprehensive renovation. The state order in kindergartens will increase by 18.3 thousand places.
About 2500 teachers of preschool education and training will undergo advanced training courses. Particular attention is paid to ensuring the safety of children in educational organizations. In addition, more than 5500 video cameras will be installed in schools, over 1500 cameras in kindergartens. In addition, it is planned to 100% equip educational organizations with licensed security, an alarm button and turnstiles.
Minister of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan Gani Beisembayev noted that the Roadmap includes all issues of development of the region's education sector.
"In order to timely and high-quality execution of the instructions of the Head of State, the Ministry of Education continues to work on the development and adoption of Roadmaps, which are aimed at targeted solutions to urgent problems of education in each region. Every year, about 6,000 teachers will take advanced training courses. More than 60 representatives of the management staff of secondary schools will be trained in the direction of "management". This will contribute to improving the professional level of the pedagogical community," the minister said.
