President Tokayev congratulates Assembly of People of Kazakhstan on its 30th anniversary

At the 34th session of the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev congratulated the participants on the 30th anniversary of the organization, stressing its key role in strengthening national unity.

The Head of State noted the special significance of the anniversary year:

“The year of the 30th anniversary of the Assembly of the People of Kazakhstan is a landmark in our modern history. I am sure that this anniversary will become another milestone event in the process of consolidating our nation in the name of the happiness and well-being of every citizen."

Tokayev expressed gratitude to everyone who contributed to strengthening unity:

"We always pay tribute to our compatriots who have contributed to strengthening the well-being and unity of our people. Undoubtedly, our achievements over the past thirty years have been made possible thanks to the hard work of these worthy citizens."

The President emphasized the importance of stability:

"The highest award for our people is peace in the country. In fact, if there is no agreement in society, all other things will be in vain. If we cannot preserve our well-being and unity, we are unlikely to preserve our Independence."
