The Kazakh President highlighted joint achievements in such key areas as regional and international security, nuclear non-proliferation, as well as trade, economic, and investment cooperation. He noted that trade turnover between the two countries demonstrates steady growth and has already surpassed the $4 billion mark last year.
In turn, the congresswoman Carol Miller thanked President Tokayev for the warm reception and underscored the United States’ interest in continuing a fruitful dialogue.
During the conversation, priority issues of bilateral cooperation were discussed. Special attention was given to the implementation of energy and infrastructure projects, the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence, and the expansion of transport and logistics ties between the two states.
Additionally, an exchange of views took place on pressing issues of the regional and international agenda.
