Over 194 bln tenge from returned assets set for implementation of 280 projects in Kazakhstan
The funds are aimed at modernizing social infrastructure, building schools, hospitals and developing utilities.
Over 194 billion tenge has already been allocated from the Special State Fund for the the implementation of 280 projects in the fields of education, healthcare, sports and social protection, El.kz reports.
Kazakhstan is actively implementing a program for the return of illegally withdrawn assets, and these funds are becoming an important tool for improving social infrastructure. Money from the Special State Fund has already been invested in the construction and modernization of schools, medical institutions, sports facilities, as well as in projects to improve water supply systems and engineering networks.
Education has become one of the key areas of funding. The allocated funds have made it possible to build and reconstruct dozens of schools across the country, solving the problem of lack of educational places. In addition, a significant part of investments is aimed at creating conditions for the development of science and the modernization of technical education.
The healthcare sector was not ignored either. Part of the recovered assets was used to equip medical institutions with modern equipment, build hospitals and clinics, as well as increase the availability of medical services in the regions.
In addition, the funds are used to modernize the engineering infrastructure. Water supply and heat supply systems are being updated, new utilities are being built, which will improve the quality of life of millions of Kazakhstanis.
Through the strategic use of recovered assets, Kazakhstan continues to strengthen its social policy, directing resources to the development of key areas on which the well-being of citizens depends.
