New Vice Minister of Health appointed in Kazakhstan
By the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerzhan Nurlybayev was appointed Vice Minister of Health, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Born in 1975, Yerzhan Nurlybayev graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Academy with a degree in General Medicine and the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsouz with a degree in Management.
He began his career in 1998 as a surgeon at the First City Hospital of Karaganda.
From 2004 to 2006, he held the position of Deputy Director for Medical Work at the same medical institution.
Over the years, Nurlybayev was the chief surgeon of the Karaganda region and headed the "Regional Center of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after Professor H.Zh.Makazhanov"
From 2014 to 2021, he headed the Health Department of the Karaganda region.
Since 2021, Nurlybayev has been the Member of the Board of Directors of "MUK" NJSC.
Prior to his appointment to his current position, he worked as the director of the Regional Clinical Hospital in Karaganda.
