The meeting chaired by the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Yelbassy.

The meeting was attended by the Head of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, M. Kassymbekov; assistant to the First President, A. Bissembayev, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan; the heads of structural units of the Office of the First President, as well as the Library and the First President's Fund.

In the course of the meeting N. Nazarbayev was informed about the completion of organizational and legal activities related to the beginning of the activities of the Office of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Yelbassy, as well as presented information on the results of the recruitment process.

Nursultan Nazarbayev pointed out the need to ensure timely and effective implementation of the tasks set for the Office of the First President.

 - I have assumed the duties of the First President - Yelbassy, which are regulated by the relevant constitutional law. In addition, I am the Chairman of the Security Council, the Assembly of People of Kazakhstan, and I continue to lead Nur Otan Party. There is a lot of work ahead. The Office of the First President has been established to ensure all these activities. All organizational issues have been resolved. Now everybody needs to start performing the functions assigned to them," Yelbassy said.

The first President of Kazakhstan also noted the need to establish effective interagency cooperation in order to achieve quality solutions to strategic objectives for the further development of the state.

- Today, both the President and the Government are working on the tasks outlined in the policy documents I have approved, the Message, as well as those voiced at the Party Congress. We should all work for the benefit of Kazakhstan, to ensure stability, unity and development of the country. This is our common task," said Nursultan Nazarbayev.

The first President of Kazakhstan emphasized the importance of implementing socially significant initiatives. In this context, N. Nazarbayev noted the relevance of the projects of the First President's Fund aimed at comprehensive support of talented youth.

As a result of the meeting, Nursultan Nazarbayev gave a number of specific instructions.
