Kazakhstan’s international campaign “Born Bold” presented in Thailand
The investment attractiveness and deepening economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Thailand were showcased at a business meeting with major Thai entrepreneurs from sectors such as education, agriculture, hospitality, and other large business representatives considering Kazakhstan as a promising market for cooperation and investment, El.kz cites MFA.
In his speech, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Thailand Arman Issetov noted that trade turnover between Kazakhstan and Thailand has tripled in recent years. Last year, we witnessed the highest trade turnover in the past three decades. The embassies of both countries have hosted numerous business delegations, and the momentum for deepening economic cooperation is stronger than ever. With its vast economic potential and strategic location, Kazakhstan is attracting the attention of many Thai entrepreneurs and government officials who are interested in further integration into the regional and global economy.
One of the key moments of the event was the presentation of Kazakhstan’s international campaign “Born Bold”, which introduced the country’s strategy for attracting investment and promoting sustainable economic growth. The campaign aims to promote Kazakhstan as a center for innovation, investment, and new technologies, with a focus on key sectors such as energy, transportation and logistics, agriculture, as well as digitalization and high technologies. Kazakhstan is actively working on infrastructure development and improving the business climate, making it an attractive destination for international investors, including Thai companies.
During the event, Thai companies expressed interest in investing in Kazakhstan’s agricultural sector and expanding partnerships in tourism, considering the growing number of Kazakh tourists visiting Thailand.
Representatives of both countries emphasized the importance of continuing active exchanges of business delegations and implementing specific projects in the coming year.
