Silk Road Electronics and Samsung Electronics have signed a strategic agreement on the production of TVs in Kazakhstan, El.kz reports with reference to the website of the akim of the region.
The new production line will meet the growing demand for high-tech products not only in Kazakhstan, but also in Central Asia. Production will be focused on localization, which will ensure the competitiveness and availability of products.
“This cooperation opens up new opportunities for our company and the industrial development of Kazakhstan as a whole. Together with Samsung Electronics, we will provide world-class products at affordable prices for Kazakh consumers.
The project is being implemented with the support of the Industrial Development Fund. The launch of the production line is scheduled for the second quarter of 2025” the message reads.
