Kazakhstan takes part in Bett Show educational exhibition
One of the largest educational exhibitions in the world, the Bett Show takes place from January 22 to 24, 2025 in London, UK. As part of the event, Kazakhstan will present a national pavilion dedicated to the development of the country as a regional academic hub, El.kz reports citing the Kazakh Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
Bett Show is an international exhibition that brings together representatives of educational institutions, EdTech companies and universities from more than 130 countries around the world. In 2025, the event expects about 30,000 participants, making it a key event in the field of education.
The main topic of the Kazakh pavilion will be the development of the educational ecosystem, which already attracts about 30,000 foreign students. The country is actively developing cooperation with international universities, introducing doctoral programs, scientific research and initiatives in the field of artificial intelligence.
"For the first time, Kazakhstan takes part in one of the world's largest educational exhibitions, the Bett Show, as a national pavilion, providing an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the development of our country as a regional academic hub. To date, about 30 thousand foreign students are studying in Kazakhstan, and new educational programs are being implemented together with leading international universities. These achievements confirm the international recognition of Kazakhstan's education system and its openness to the world." Minister of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan Sayasat Nurbek noted.
The exhibition will feature the "Study in Kazakhstan" project, aimed at popularizing Kazakhstan as an educational center. The country already has campuses of leading British universities, such as Coventry University Kazakhstan, which contributes to internationalization and improving the quality of education.
