The President of Kazakhstan signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the State of Qatar on Extradition", El.kz reports via Akorda.
The agreement regulates the process of extradition of wanted persons between the two countries for criminal prosecution.
The document defines the conditions and procedure for extradition, as well as possible grounds for postponing the extradition or temporary transfer of suspects.
