The development of artificial intelligence (AI) is one of the priority areas for Kazakhstan. In this regard, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry is introducing a comprehensive law on AI, which will ensure the transparency of the regulatory framework and contribute to the development of the country's high-tech sector.

The minister and representatives of the department with representatives of IT companies and the Respublica party held meeting on the key aspects of AI regulation.

Participants stressed the need to create conditions for the safe and effective implementation of AI technologies.

All the proposals received have been analyzed and will be taken into account in further work on the bill. In the near future, new working sessions will be held, at which experts, representatives of the IT industry and legislators will develop optimal regulatory mechanisms.

The creation of an AI law that meets international standards and takes into account the real needs of the market will be an important step in the development of Kazakhstan's digital economy.
