Kazakhstan and Turkey started a joint exploration project
The national mining company "Tau-Ken Samruk" and the Turkish D Mineral begin a joint exploration project. After identifying promising areas from the point of view of geological exploration, the companies plan to create a joint venture, El.kz cites MIID RK.
Thus, the agreement on the main terms of the deal was signed by the head of Tau-Ken Samruk Bakyt Chirchikbayev and Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors of D Mineral Ilkhan Poyraz. The event was attended by Vice Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of The Republic of Kazakhstan Iran Sharkhan.
Poyraz noted that D Mineral is aimed at multifaceted long-term cooperation with Kazakhstani companies. In turn, Bakyt Chirchikbayev expressed gratitude to representatives of central state bodies for assistance in finding and establishing interaction with Turkish partners.
It should be noted that after signing, the parties will begin to search for and study promising areas, for which it is planned to obtain licenses for geological exploration and create a joint venture in the future. This enterprise will be focused on the search for gold deposits. Financing of geological exploration works is assumed by the Turkish side.
