Kazakhstan and Slovakia strengthen trade and economic cooperation
Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Slovakia Zhanna Saginova met with the Chairman of the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Peter Mihók,El.kz cites Kazakh FM.
During the meeting, the parties discussed key aspects of the development of bilateral cooperation, emphasized the need to intensify trade and economic ties, and reviewed possibilities for implementing joint projects in areas such as energy, industry, agriculture and forestry, transport and logistics, IT, and tourism.
“We highly value our relations with Slovakia and see great potential for further developing cooperation in trade and investment. Kazakhstan is ready for active engagement with Slovak partners, and the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry plays an important role in establishing these connections. We look forward to fruitful cooperation that will bring mutual benefits and strengthen the friendship between our countries,” noted the Ambassador.
Special attention was given to the discussion of the possibility of signing a Memorandum of Understanding between the Foreign Trade Chamber of Kazakhstan and the Slovak Chamber of Commerce and Industry, which would create a strong foundation for business partnerships between the two countries across various sectors of the economy.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the parties agreed to continue business contacts and to support the organization of business missions and forums aimed at enhancing partnerships between Kazakhstan and Slovakia.
