Kazakhstan and EU develop financial cooperation

A visit of the Kazakh delegation led by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yerulan Zhamaubayev to Brussels took place, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Within the framework of the visit, bilateral negotiations were held with the Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Finance of Belgium V. Van Petegemme, the European Commissioner for Financial Stability, Financial Services and Capital Markets M. McGuinness.

The parties discussed the development of financial and investment cooperation between Kazakhstan and the European Union.

Yerulan Zhamaubayev noted that Kazakhstan highly appreciates the strategic nature of cooperation with the EU and is confident in further mutually beneficial cooperation.
