Kazakhstan and CNPC exchange experience in geological exploration

Kyzylorda hosted II Kazakhstan-CNPC Technical Seminar. Over the past 10 years, the annual volume of oil production in the Kyzylorda region has decreased by 3 times.

The meeting participants exchanged views on further cooperation and strategies for the development of joint projects in the region.

Within the framework of the technical seminar, Memorandum of investment project for the socio-economic development of the city of Kyzylorda was signed.

The cooperation is aimed at stimulating investment in the gas industry and increasing the production of liquefied petroleum gas for further supplies and meeting the needs of the Kyzylorda region.
