Kazakhstan, Singapore intend to strengthen cooperation
The Head of State received the Singapore delegation
President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev met with Minister of the Prime Minister's Office of Singapore Mohamad Maliki bin Osman, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the President of Kazakhstan.
The President noted that Singapore's participation in the VI summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence-Building Measures in Asia will make a significant contribution to the development of the CICA process.
The Head of State said that he highly appreciates close cooperation with Singapore, an important partner of Kazakhstan in ASEAN.
During the meeting, the interlocutors noted the expansion of bilateral trade, economic and investment ties.
In turn, Mohamad Maliki bin Osman conveyed best wishes from Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to Kassym-Jomart Tokayev. The head of the delegation of Singapore announced the intention of his country to continue to strengthen cooperation with Kazakhstan.
At the end of the meeting, the Singapore Minister confirmed the invitation to the Head of Kazakhstan from President Halima Allegedly to pay a state visit to Singapore.
