Kazakh schoolchildren win six medals at Balkan Mathematics Olympiad

This year, the Balkan Mathematical Olympiad was held in Antalya (Turkey). It was attended by over 130 participants from 22 countries of the Balkan Peninsula and guest countries,  El.kz reports.

According to the results of the Olympiad, all six schoolchildren representing Kazakhstan won medals.

The Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that the purpose of the 40th Balkan Mathematical Olympiad is to encourage and develop talented students in the field of mathematics, create opportunities for the exchange of information on school programs and experience between the participating countries.
