Kazakh President receives Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs

Kazakh President received the Croatian Minister of Foreign and European Affairs Gordan Grlić-Radman, El.kz reports via Aqorda.

The Head of State stressed that the minister's visit is a clear evidence of Croatia's desire to give a new impetus to bilateral relations. He expressed confidence that the interaction between Kazakhstan and Croatia will continue to develop in the spirit of mutual trust and constructive dialogue.

The President noted with satisfaction the growing interest of Croatian companies in the Kazakh market, including in such areas as energy, infrastructure, pharmaceuticals and the food industry.

Today, over 30 companies with Croatian participation are successfully operating in Kazakhstan, including such well-known brands as Pliva and Podravka.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev welcomed the participation of the representative delegation of Croatia in the Kazakh-Croatian business forum taking place today, noting that the agreements reached will contribute to the expansion of trade and investment cooperation.
