Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has scheduled a working visit to the People's Republic of China for March 28-29. During the trip, President Tokayev will take part in a session of the Boao Forum for Asia, one of the significant international economic and political events in the region, El.kz reports citing Akorda.
The program of the visit includes a number of important meetings. The President of Kazakhstan will hold talks with the top leadership of the People's Republic of China, as well as meet with the heads of leading international organizations and large Chinese companies. These meetings will contribute to the strengthening of bilateral relations, the expansion of economic and political cooperation between the two countries.
The visit underlines the strategic importance of relations between Kazakhstan and China in the context of regional and global politics.
