International Tourism Business Forum held in Almaty

Almaty hosted the international tourism business forum The Heart of Central Asia, organized with the support of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of 1500 representatives of travel agencies. The forum was attended by the Minister of Culture and Sports Askhat Oralov, El.kz reports.

The event brought together more than a thousand representatives of major hotel brands from Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, Egypt, Vietnam and our country, foreign and local airlines and travel agencies from Europe, as well as tour operators from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.

The forum was held in the B2B format, when experts from different countries exchanged experiences, and businesses could find new partners and investors.

"The organizers approached the business forum in a non-standard way, emphasizing our national flavor. More than 70 yurts were installed especially for this event. In one of these yurts, a memorandum on the development of inbound tourism was signed between NC Kazakh Tourism JSC, Atameken NCE and Anex Tour Kazakhstan travel company," Askhat Oralov wrote on Facebook.
