International Forum dedicated to Day of Science Workers started in Astana
The international scientific forum "Science Education, Innovation and Youth - the Foundations of Sustainable Development", dedicated to the Day of Science Workers and the 125th anniversary of Academician Kanysh Satpayev, has started in Astana, El.kz reports with reference to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The main goal of the forum, which was attended by over 700 students from all regions of Kazakhstan and students from Kyrgyzstan, the United States, Indonesia in online and offline formats, is to popularize science among young people, including the encouragement of scientific and research creativity of schoolchildren.
“This event is a great opportunity for you, future researchers, to come together to share your ideas, learn something new, and inspire each other for further scientific discoveries. Your participation in this forum is a step forward in building a future where knowledge and innovation will shape our world. You are the future of our country, and your curiosity, enthusiasm and creativity in problem solving are the key qualities we need to reach new heights in science and education," said Sayasat Nurbek.
Minister of Justice Azamat Yeskarayev, addressing schoolchildren, stated the importance of science in modern realities:
“The International Forum is a great opportunity for young minds from different countries to exchange ideas, research and experience in the field of science and innovation. We see you, dear schoolchildren, as the future of our world, future scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs and leaders who will build the sustainable development of our society."
"The Scientific Forum for schoolchildren is a consolidation of the intellectual potential of the younger generation and encouragement of their commitment to science. Its peculiarity is that children themselves act as speakers and talk about their breakthrough projects noted in the international arena," President Of The Board Of Directors ICSC Lyazzat Kussainova said.
It should be noted that the International Scientific Forum for schoolchildren will be held until April 13 inclusive. On the second and third days of the event, trainings for schoolchildren and teachers will be held at the site of the National Institute of Intellectual Property "QAZPATENT".
