International conference CONNECTED-2024 kicks off in Astana

The international conference CONNECTED-2024 is being held in the Kazakh capital. 1,500 delegates from more than 20 countries, including the United States, Great Britain, Germany, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, Croatia, Finland, Bulgaria, Estonia, Georgia, China, South Korea, Singapore, Indonesia, Israel, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, South Africa, Nepal and Uzbekistan attend the event, El.kz reports.

At the opening ceremony, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Tamara Duisenova said that 23 leading world universities have already started working in the country. The Deputy Prime Minister expressed gratitude to strategic partners and emphasized three key goals of this step: training highly qualified personnel; transfer of advanced educational programs and training technologies; and the development of science and innovation.

The event is held in the Open Mind format, which means an open form of communication and flexibility of thinking, allowing participants to perceive different points of view. This contributes to a deeper analysis of the topics discussed, the creation of a fruitful dialogue and a joint search for answers to the current challenges of our time, as well as the search for innovative solutions for the future.
