Head of State holds talks with Milli Majlis Chair of Azerbaijan Sahiba Gafarova

The President of Kazakhstan noted that Kazakh-Azerbaijani relations demonstrate high dynamics of development, El.kz reports citing Akorda.

“Indeed, Kazakhstan and Azerbaijan are strategic partners and allies. As we said today, such rulings impose a special responsibility on the actions of heads of state and government. A number of projects are unique. When we talk about the strategic nature of relations between our countries, first of all, such industries as oil and gas, transport and logistics, digitalization, agriculture, industry and so on come to mind, the Head of State said.

In turn, the Chair of the Milli Majlis thanked President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev for his comprehensive support for the development of bilateral inter-parliamentary ties.

“Your visit today will make a special contribution to the development of friendly and fraternal relations that have developed between our countries. Today, we are already talking about strategic partnership, about allied relations. I know that a number of very important issues related to the development of relations in many spheres of life of our peoples were discussed today.

Today, I want to say with special pride, with a feeling of deep satisfaction, that very deep and working relations have developed between our parliaments," Sahiba Gafarova emphasised.
