Geologist's Day: veterans and outstanding industry specialists awarded in Kazakhstan up

Minister of Industry and Construction Yersaiyn Nagaspayev presented awards to the best geologists, El.kz reports citing the press service of the Kazakh Ministry of Industry and Construction.

Today, in honor of the upcoming Geologist's Day, the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan held a solemn ceremony of awarding veterans and outstanding industry specialists.

In his congratulatory speech, Minister Yersaiyn Nagaspayev emphasized the  contribution of geologists to the development of our country, thanks to which this year the area of the studied subsoil reached 2 million km².

"This year, in recognition of your work, the state award "Enbek Sinirgen Geologist" was established for the first time. This is an important step in recognizing the merits of specialists who have devoted their lives to the study and preservation of the natural resources of Kazakhstan," the minister said.
