EXHIBITION OF YOUNG ARTISTS IN AKTAU: KOREAN NATIONAL MOTIFS AND SEVEN FACETS OF THE GREAT STEPPE

Korean ethno-cultural association "Joseon" of Mangystau region together with the studio "MartArt" held a creative exhibition on the theme: "In peace and friendship we live".

The students of MartArt Studio presented their works of art touching upon Korean national motives, as well as works reflecting the seven facets of the Great Steppe.

- The exhibition features more than eighty works, many of which have not yet been exhibited anywhere. The attention of the public is drawn to the works of young masters made on Korean motifs, which left a special impression on the older generation. There are works that indirectly visualize the main postulates of the program article of the Head of State "Seven facets of the Great Steppe" said director of "MartArt" Marta Kutaliyeva.

Adults have seen through the eyes of children the beauty of their native land, their love for their homeland and good attitude to the culture of the brotherly peoples. Children from 4 to 14 years old took part in this thematic exhibition. More than 80 works of young artists were presented.

The thematic exhibition was organized within the framework of the Year of Youth, announced by the First President of Kazakhstan - Nursultan Nazarbayev, as well as on the eve of the Day of Political Repression Victims Remembrance, which is celebrated on May 31 in our country.

Director of "Kogamdyk kelisim" MPI of Mayor’s office of Mangystau region Amankul Jailkhanova noted that such creative events are a kind of mechanism for realization of tasks and creative plans of youth.

According to the organizers of the exhibition, the main purpose of the exhibition is to introduce the young generation to the art, as well as to promote the creativity of young people. Further development of Kazakhstan depends on knowledge, energy and patriotism of young people.

Raisa Madenova, the President of Korean Ethno-cultural Association "Joseon", thanked all the participants of the exhibition, noting the great merit of the director of MartArt-Kutaliyeva Marta, who brought together talented teachers and artists who teach children not only to draw, but also to live in peace and accord.

All participants of the exhibition were awarded with letters of thanks and gifts from the Korean ethnocultural association "Joseon". The concert program included songs about friendship, peace and harmony performed by the artists of Mangystau region's APK.
