Delegation arrives in Kazakhstan to investigate Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash

A delegation of the State Civil Aviation Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan and representatives of AZAL arrived in Kazakhstan to investigate the Azerbaijan Airlines plane crash near Aktau, El.kz reports.

Representatives of Embraer (Brazilian aircraft manufacturer) and the Aeronautical Accidents Investigation and Prevention Center (Cenipa) were also sent to Kazakhstan.

The purpose of international cooperation is an objective and comprehensive study of the circumstances of the tragedy in order to identify the causes of the incident and take measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
