Creators from Kazakhstan to learn basics of copyright and intellectual property
Kazakh women entrepreneurs have won a grant for training with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The program has been developed to support representatives of creative industries in the field of intellectual property and copyright protection, Elkz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
As part of the training, entrepreneurs will receive resources and tools to protect their creativity, as well as to promote business. Creators will be introduced to key aspects of IP, such as patenting, copyrights, trademarks and brand management, trade secrets and licensing. The course program includes seminars, webinars, consultations with experts, as well as practical cases.
