Bektenov holds meeting on impact of external factors on country's economy

Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov held a working meeting on the impact of external factors on the country's economy, El.kz reports citing the press service of the Government of Kazakhstan.

The forecast of macroeconomic indicators and various scenarios for the development of the situation are considered. Measures to minimize the impact of possible adverse factors, as well as the use of existing advantages, are discussed.

Ministries of National Economy, Finance, Energy, and the Joint-stock company «Sovereign Wealth Fund «Samruk-Kazyna» presented calculations and scenarios for the impact of the development of the world economy on Kazakhstan.

The Ministry of National Economy, together with interested state bodies and organizations, was given a number of instructions.
