Astana Opera to continue musical salon concert series

Astana Opera’s Kulyash Baiseitova Chamber Hall will once again feature enchanting melodies of love on March 6, El.kz cites astanaopera.kz.
The festive concert Music of the Heart... will continue the Musical Salon series, which has won the listeners’ hearts with its rich repertoire and the warmth of the chamber atmosphere.
This evening, a real musical kaleidoscope awaits the audience: songs by composers of Kazakhstan, retro compositions, hits of the last century and popular works of world classics.
Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Raushan Beskembirova, Madeniet Salasynyn Uzdigi Lyailya Seitova, Saida Usenaliyeva will perform the piano part. The opera house’s soloists will perform to their accompaniment: Honoured Workers of Kazakhstan Saltanat Akhmetova, Bibigul Zhanuzak, Aigul Niyazova, Zhanat Shybykbayev, Honoured Artist of Kazakhstan Galiya Baigazinova, soloists Yelena Ganzha, Leila Alamanova, Yelena Nizamutdinova (guest soprano), Saltanat Muratbekova, Artur Gabdiyev, Talgat Allabirinov, Almat Izbambetov (guest tenor), laureate of the Daryn State Youth Award Azat Malik, Sultan Bakytzhan and Bolat Yessimkhanov. The author of the project is People’s Artist of Kazakhstan Professor Khorlan Kalilambekova.
In addition, the musical evening will feature instrumentalists – violinists Elmira Zharmukhamedova, Aiya Gabbasova and cellist Daniyar Kadralinov.
“We already presented a concert from the Musical Salon series to the audience in January, and now we continue it. Many people’s favourite melodies will be performed – songs by Babajanian, Dunayevsky, Tariverdiev, as well as Neapolitan songs, art songs, arias from operettas. All the works are united by one theme – love,” Raushan Beskembirova says.
Astana Opera’s principal soloist, Honoured Worker of Kazakhstan Aigul Niyazova emphasizes that such concerts have become an important part of the opera house’s cultural life:
“We have been participating in this project created by Khorlan Kalilambekova for a long time, since the time of the Kulyash Baiseitova Theatre, and we are very happy that our Musical Salon continues its history now at Astana Opera. The project is full of new ideas, emotions, and sound. It is especially valuable that it opens the way for young performers, gives them the opportunity to touch the great composers’ works.”
Guest soloist Yelena Nizamutdinova also shared her expectations:
“It is always a great joy for me to participate in these concerts. I am especially looking forward to meeting the audience, performing my favourite pieces, and having a warm dialogue with the viewers. We invite everyone who appreciates beautiful music and wants to spend the evening in an atmosphere of romance and inspiration. Incidentally, Aigul Niyazova and I are preparing another musical evening, And the Soul Speaks to the Soul, which will take place on March 11. We will be performing duets, celebrated art songs and songs by famous composers.
The Music of the Heart... concert will be held in anticipation of International Women’s Day and will undoubtedly create an atmosphere of spring mood, tenderness and inspiration. The author of the project specially selected music that celebrates love, which will be a wonderful gift for all listeners.
