On April 18-19, Yerevan will host the Days of Culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Armenia, El.kz reports citing Kazakh Ministry of Culture and Information.
As part of this event, it is planned to show films by Kazakh directors, as well as a Gala concert.
Minister of Culture and Information Aida Balayeva and the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport of Armenia Zhanna Andreasyan, as well as representatives of the local intelligentsia, the diplomatic corps, creative associations, the Kazakh diaspora, scientists and writers will take part in the cultural events, the report says.
According to the Ministry of Culture and Information, People's Artist of Kazakhstan Roza Rymbayeva, Honored Workers of Kazakhstan Alexander Belyakov and Aigerim Beketaeva, laureates of the State Youth Prize 'Daryn' Rasul Zharmagambetov, Askar Mukiyat and other art stars will perform on the stage. They will perform popular pop songs and works by folk composers.
