APK IN ALMATY DISCUSSED WITH STUDENTS THE MAIN POINTS OF THE PRESIDENT'S SPEECH AT THE OPENING OF YEAR OF YOUTH

The President's speech at the opening ceremony of the Year of Youth in the pavilion "Nur Alem" on EXPO territory was discussed with the students of Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics.

The event was organized by APK center with the support of "Kogamdyk kelisim" MPI of Almaty Mayor's office.      

The event was moderated by the Vice-Rector for Education Affairs, Professor Lidia Bekenova. Professor Valery Korvyakov, Rector of the AAES, delivered a welcoming speech. The reports were made by the deputy chairman of APK in Almaty, chairman of the city Ossetian cultural-educational center "Irnykhas" Kazbek Mamsurov; deputy chairman of the Almaty Korean national center, Georgy Kan; expert of department of culture, traditions and studying of languages of "Kogamdyk kelisim" MPI of the Mayor’s office of Almaty Olga Kolesnikova, chairman of republican youth movement "Zhangyru zholy" of Almaty Diaz Eraliyev, students of academy and others.

The participants of the event supported the initiative of the President N.A. Nazarbayev on the development of youth infrastructure, education, on affordable housing for young people, on the development of entrepreneurship, on the increase of financial literacy, legal culture, intolerance to corruption, support for talented youth and other areas that will form the basis of the Year of Youth.
