Annual inflation in Kazakhstan amounted to 8.6%

In July 2024, the monthly inflation rate in the country was 0.7%, which is higher than in June this year, which was 0.4%.
Prices for paid services increased by 1.6%.
Cellular services have risen in price by 11.5%.
Internet connection has risen in price by 6.8%.
Air transport services increased by 12.9%.
Organizations of complex recreation increased prices by 11.5%.

Liquefied gas in cylinders rose in price by 5.3%.
Tableware has risen in price by 1%.
Clothing and footwear rose in price by 0.8%.
Medicines rose in price by 0.6%.

In Astana, inflation was 1.3%, which is 0.6 percentage points higher than the national average.
Prices for food products increased the most in the Pavlodar region - by 1%.
Non-food products rose the most in the Turkestan region - by 2.1%.
Paid services rose in price the most in the Zhambyl region - by 4.4%.
Kostanay region registered the lowest inflation rate - 0.2%.
