17 teams win right to participate in CA Championship "FIRST Robotics"
During the Republican Festival of Robots among specialized schools for gifted children, held on January 9 and 10 this year, 17 teams got the opportunity to participate in the Central Asian championship "FIRST Robotics", El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The event was organized by the Daryn Republican Scientific and Practical Center of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the USTEM Robotics Public Foundation. 400 schoolchildren interested in robotics took part in the festival.
17 teams determined by the results of the festival now have the right to participate in the Central Asian championship "FIRST Robotics", which will be held at the end of February this year in Astana.
Among the winners in the FIRST Tech Challenge category, teams such as Sipinine, UNO, The Echoes, Driver F1, BIL barbie, Spark team and Point stand out. In addition, Zhamakaev 145, Sana team, Queue Team and PID received licenses to participate in the open championship in the state of Cyprus. In the FIRST LEGO League Challenge category, a ticket to the Central Asian Championship was shared by the teams Endeavour, Tolebi, SkyLight, Armada, QSTEM STARS and Vegapunk.
