The Kazakh delegation presented the Mangystau region's opportunities at ITB Berlin, signing an important cooperation agreement, El.kz reports citing the press service of akimat of Mangystau region.
From March 4 to March 6, the largest international tourism exhibition ITB Berlin was held in the capital of Germany, where the tourist attractiveness of the Mangystau region was presented. The Kazakh delegation, headed by Deputy Akim Urisbayev, included representatives of the hotel business and tour operators, including Rixos Water World Aktau, Holiday Inn Aktau, Caspian Riviera, Visit Aktau, Kettik Go and Mangystau Safari.
According to Abbat Urisbayev, foreign experts and representatives of the tourism business showed great interest in the cultural and natural heritage of Kazakhstan, actively exchanging contacts and business information.
ITB Berlin annually attracts over 10,000 exhibitors from 180 countries and around 160,000 visitors, including 113,500 industry professionals. Kazakhstan's participation in this large-scale event contributes to the development of international relations, attracting new investments in tourism and popularizing the country's tourism potential at the global level.
