The President of Kazakhstan and the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan visited the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, El.kz reports via Aqorda.
Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov visited one of the greatest spiritual, historical and cultural shrines of the Turkic world - the Mausoleum of Khoja Ahmed Yasawi, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The distinguished guests paid tribute to the memory of the outstanding thinker, as well as got acquainted with the restoration and research work carried out in the mausoleum.
