Three new committees have been created in Kazakhstan: on intellectual property, enforcement, registration service and organization of legal services, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On July 15 of this year, the Government of Kazakhstan adopted a resolution on the formation of new committees. Committees on Intellectual Property Rights, Enforcement, Registration and Legal Services are now being established within the Ministry of Justice.

- The new structures are aimed at improving regulation and services in these areas, which will ensure the full performance of functions, the adoption of immediate decisions, as well as increased responsibility for their decision-making. This innovation will bring a number of benefits, including speeding up and improving the quality of services provided, as well as strengthening the legal protection of citizens and organizations, the report says.

The Committee on Intellectual Property Rights will deal with the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights, promoting creativity and innovation. For citizens, this means better management of patents and copyrights, which, among other things, stimulates the development of science, technology and culture.

The Enforcement Committee will focus on work with the population, prompt restoration of violated rights of citizens, as well as on the modernization of enforcement proceedings. This will increase the effectiveness and fairness of law enforcement actions, ensuring more reliable protection of citizens' rights.

The Committee of the Registration Service and Organization of Legal Services will exercise control in the field of registration of legal entities, rights to real estate and acts of civil status, regulation of notarial and advocacy activities and control over the quality of legal assistance.
