From January 1, 2023 the salary of employees of cultural organizations increased by 22% as part of the instruction of President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Thus, over the past two years, about 64 thousand cultural and archival workers began to earn, on average, 45% more.
"It should be noted that from January 2023, the salary for all categories of employees has increased. Along with managers and basic personnel, such workers as cleaners, security guards, doormen
also received a promotion, "Vice Minister of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan Nurkisa Daueshov said.
The Ministry initiates further promotion. There are plans to increase the salaries of accompanists of creative universities.
