Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Marat Karabayev held a meeting with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of France to Kazakhstan Didier Caness and a French business delegation headed by co-chairmen of the Kazakh-French Business Council Aidan Karibzhanov and Yves-Louis Darricarrer, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The delegation included representatives of large companies Vicat, Alstom, Airbus, Thales, Idemia, AirLiquide, Veolia, Captels, etc.
During the meeting, the parties considered current areas of cooperation in the implementation of joint projects, as well as issues planned for discussion at the next 15th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission, which will be held on May 2, 2023 in Astana as part of the visit of the Minister-Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of France, Mr. Olivier Besht.
Marat Karabayev noted that the agreements reached aimed at further development of cooperation will strengthen relations between the countries. The minister also invited the French side to participate in new joint projects.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed gratitude for the meeting and stressed the importance of further development of the partnership.
