It is known that the headquarters of the famous Kasym Khan was in Saraishyk, and Abylai Khan was in Burabay. This region is also closely associated with the name of Kenesary Khan, and occupies a special place in the historical chronicle of our people. Therefore, I propose to hold the fourth meeting of the National Qurultay next year in Kokshetau," Tokayev said at the end of his speech.
