By presidential order, Baurzhan Alenov has been appointed to the post of the of 1st Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan,El.kz reports.
Previously, he served as the head of the Almaty Region Police Department and has experience in law enforcement since 1997. Alenov is a police colonel, awarded the Orders of “Aibyn” 2nd degree for services to the state.
Baurzhan Alenov is a graduate of the Law Institute Femida. He held key different positions in the Akmola and North Kazakhstan regions, as well as in the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
