As part of replicating the experience of the North Kazakhstan region throughout the country, it is planned to issue loans through an attorney (agent) at 2.5% for up to 10 years with a maximum loan amount of up to 5 billion tenge.
Loans will be provided to applicants for the creation of new or expansion of existing enterprises, including dairy farms (with a capacity of 400 heads), poultry farms of meat (from 5000 tons of poultry meat per year), vegetable stores (from 1000 tons), as well as projects in the field of irrigated agriculture (potatoes, vegetables, fodder production) using modern water-saving technologies (sprinkling, drip irrigation).
For the implementation of the program in 2023, 100 billion tenge was allocated from the republican budget, which will be used to finance the construction of 65 dairy farms.
