In June, the number of registered real estate transactions increased by 6% compared to May of this year, El.kz reports with reference to the Bureau of National Statistics.
In June, 32,943 real estate purchase and sale agreements were concluded in the country.
Most often, apartments were bought - 24,885 transactions and only 8,058 purchases fell on houses.
In the West Kazakhstan region, transactions’ number was increased by 77 percent. In addition, houses were actively bought in the North Kazakhstan region, Atyrau region and Aktobe.
The largest decline in the real estate market is in Almaty. In June, 7.6% fewer transactions were concluded here than in May.
