On the basis of the Electronic Labor Exchange, a single digital ecosystem or, in other words, an online supermarket of employment services will be created, El.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

This ecosystem will accompany citizens on their professional path: from choosing a profession to formalizing labor relations.

To date, 5 of the 6 main components of the future supermarket of employment services have already been implemented on the basis of ELE.

The main element of the ELE is a single digital platform for employment Enbek.kz, which consolidates vacancies from 205 employment centers, 44 private employment agencies and 5 online employment sites.

In this platform, citizens can look for suitable vacancies in areas, professions and skills, and employers - employees who meet their requirements.

At the same time, you can find a job or employee not only in Kazakhstan, but also in the countries of the Eurasian Economic Union thanks to the unified search system "Work without borders", which has access to the national information systems of Armenia, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Russia.

Also on the basis of ELE there is an online learning platform Skills Enbek - a marketplace of courses on demanded skills for the population. Training is available to all comers both in Russian and in Kazakh languages. To date, 157 courses have already been placed, while 103 of them are absolutely free.

Another innovation in the digital employment infrastructure is the HR Enbek platform – a platform for digital accounting of the labor path of employees. Today, the platform is used by about 272 thousand employers, which covers 63% of all employees in the country.

Another important element of the digital employment ecosystem is the Business Enbek platform, which is implemented to fully automate all the processes of obtaining state grants for the implementation of business ideas: from applying to receiving the grant itself. All documentation is drawn up in electronic format. To date, more than 12 thousand applications have been approved. In total, by the end of the year, it is planned to issue 20 thousand grants.
