Kazakhstan celebrates Diplomatic Service Day

This year, the diplomatic service of our country celebrates its 30th anniversary, El.kz reports.

Every year on July 2, Kazakhstan celebrates the Day of diplomatic service.

It should be noted that for 30 years of work, Kazakhstan has established its subjectivity in the international arena, established diplomatic relations with 186 countries of the world and built a mutually beneficial partnership with them.

Kazakhstan successfully chaired such international organizations as the OSCE, OIC, EAEU, SCO, CIS, CSTO, CICA and the Turkic Council, joined the WTO and held the international exhibition EXPO-2017. The Republic of Kazakhstan received a non-permanent seat in the UN Security Council in 2017-2018.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan is a state body of the country that exercises general leadership in the field of foreign policy activities and heads the unified system of diplomatic service bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as in the implementation of state policy to attract investments.
