From April 2025, the national digital platform SMART Daryn, developed by the Republican scientific and practical center "Daryn" under the Enlightenment will start operating in Kazakhstan, El.kz reports.
SMART Daryn will be a key tool to support talented schoolchildren and teachers. It will help students prepare for national and international competitions, as well as provide access to online training and consultations with experienced mentors.
At the first stage of the platform, it is planned to hold online Olympiads and competitions using the proctoring system. In the future, online lessons and specialized trainings will be organized to prepare for intellectual competitions.
"The platform will open up new opportunities for talented students and teachers by introducing modern educational technologies into the educational process. We are confident that SMART Daryn will significantly simplify access to quality education and help improve the level of training of gifted schoolchildren," said Gazhdembek Tursunov, director of the Republican Scientific and Practical Center “Daryn”.
In addition, SMART Daryn will become a tool for conducting exams for admission to specialized educational organizations for gifted children. There are over 130 such schools in Kazakhstan.
The platform will also provide an online library of teaching materials and recommendations for educators, which will significantly improve the level of teaching and training of talented students.
