The Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan has proposed a six-month ban on the import of wheat into the country from other states and countries of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) by all modes of transport. El.kz reports.
This draft order was published on the portal "Open legal acts".
According to the project, the import of wheat by rail for the needs of poultry and flour mills will be allowed, but only for the purposes of production and consumption. This wheat is forbidden to be sold in the domestic and foreign markets.
